      How it works

Your documents go up. Your figures come back.

Every client works in the same shared environment, whichever island they are on. Nothing is carried around on a USB stick, and nothing sits in an inbox waiting to be found.

      Shared cloud administration

      Kinsed Group

One place where every client's administration is entered, checked and closed.

      Client A

Sends the administration through the client sheet: sales, purchases and cash in one structured upload.

      Client B

Bank statements come in as PDF and are matched against the ledger, account by account.

      Client C

Salary details go straight to payroll, and the payroll entries post back into the books.

      Step 1 · You

Upload the month's documents. Same format every time, so nothing has to be chased.

      Step 2 · Kinsed Group

We enter, reconcile and check the period, then flag anything that does not tie out.

Step 3 · Back to you

Monthly figures, filed returns, and at year-end the annual accounts and calculations.

      The office

One office, three islands, the same person on the phone.

Kinsed Group (Management Accounting & Consulting N.V.) works with owner-run businesses across Aruba, Curaçao and Bonaire: retail, hospitality, professional services and holding structures. Work is done from Oranjestad and delivered digitally, so where you are does not change how fast you get your figures.

      Common questions

      Questions we get asked most.

Short answers to the things business owners on the three islands ask before they call. Anything else, pick up the phone. The answer is usually quicker than the email.

What is BBO in Aruba and how much is it?

BBO is Aruba's turnover tax. It is charged together with BAVP and BAZV, and the three come to 7% combined: BBO 2.5%, BAVP 1.5% and BAZV 3%. It has worked this way since 1 January 2023, and since August 2023 it is charged on imports too. Because it applies at every step of the chain and cannot be deducted like VAT, it accumulates, so your pricing has to allow for it.

How often do I have to file turnover tax in Aruba?

Monthly. The return is filed and paid by the 15th of the following month. Note also that since 2019 you may not show BBO/BAVP/BAZV as a separate line on an invoice. The price you quote already includes it.

How much is omzetbelasting (OB) in Curaçao?

The standard OB rate is 6%. Insurance services are taxed at 7% and certain goods and services at 9%, while exports are zero-rated. Returns are filed monthly or quarterly depending on your filing frequency. A nil period still needs a return. Skipping it is what triggers a penalty, not the amount owed.

What is the profit tax rate in Curaçao?

15% on taxable profit up to XCG 500,000 and 22% on anything above that. Curaçao taxes profit on a territorial basis, so only results from activities in Curaçao enter the base. Since 31 March 2025 the currency is the Caribbean guilder (XCG), which replaced the Antillean guilder at the same value.

      Does Bonaire have profit tax?

No. Bonaire levies no profit tax at all. Instead there is a 7.5% opbrengstbelasting on profit distributions, raised from 5% on 1 January 2025, plus a property tax charged at 17.5% of a deemed 4% yield, roughly 0.7% of the value each year. So the burden lands on distributions and property rather than on profit itself.

      What is ABB on Bonaire?

ABB is the general expenditure tax. It is 8% on goods delivered by producers and on imports, 6% on services and 7% on insurance. Prices have to be quoted including ABB. Bonaire uses the US dollar, which keeps exchange differences out of the books entirely.

My books are months behind. Can you still take them on?

Yes. Catch-up work is a normal part of what we do. Tell us which months are open and what state the documents are in, and we will come back with what it takes to bring the administration current and what it costs. Late is fixable; the returns still have to be filed either way.

Do I have to be in Aruba to work with you?

No. The office is in Oranjestad, but the work is done in a shared cloud administration and delivered digitally, so clients in Curaçao and Bonaire are served the same way and on the same timeline as clients down the road.

What do you need from me each month?

Sales and purchase documents, bank statements, and salary details if we run your payroll. Sent the same way each month so nothing has to be chased. From there we enter, reconcile and check the period, flag anything that does not tie out, and send back your figures.

Rates current as of August 2026. Thresholds, exemptions and special regimes change what you actually pay, so ask us for a calculation on your own figures.
